"New Lifetime Warranty"
This limited lifetime warranty is subject to the terms and conditions described below.
Under this warranty, OhmsRx, powered by SKRAPES, warrants that all refrigerator repairs performed by our authorized service providers will be free from defects in workmanship for as long as you own the appliance.
All implied warranties shall not exceed the duration of this limited warranty.
Our service technicians are trained to inspect and repair electrical and mechanical components only.
If any structural damage is identified during diagnosis or repair, it will be reported to the contact person listed on the service order.
Should hidden damage that affects refrigerator performance be discovered during or after the repair, the customer is responsible for the additional parts and labor required to complete those repairs.
This warranty excludes:
Normal wear and tear
Subsequent damage caused by accidents, misuse, or external factors
To request warranty service, the customer must:
Make the refrigerator available for inspection,
Clearly describe the warranty-related issue, and
Allow the service provider a reasonable amount of time to diagnose and complete the repair.
Warranty service will only be performed by authorized OhmsRx / SKRAPES providers.
Repairs completed by third parties without prior authorization are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
Replacement or rental of a temporary refrigerator during repairs
Travel, delivery, or service call fees
Costs associated with food loss, lodging, or inconvenience
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or profits
This warranty applies only to the original customer and is non-transferable.
The service provider makes no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or correction of defects in workmanship.
This warranty is void under any of the following conditions:
Transfer of appliance ownership
Failure caused by manufacturer (OEM) design flaws
Damage from “Acts of God” (fire, flood, theft, vandalism, lightning, earthquake, hail, etc.)
Abuse, misuse, improper installation, modification, or alteration of the appliance
