"New Lifetime Warranty"
Parties: This agreement is entered into between the Online Purchaser (referred to as "Client") and Business Paperwork (referred to as "Company") for the provision of refrigerator diagnostic, repair, and water filter installation services.
The Company agrees to arrive at the Client’s premises on the scheduled date and time to perform a diagnosis, evaluation, and/or installation services as specified in the online booking.
Diagnostic Fee: The Client agrees to pay the Company a total of $125.00 for the diagnostic service and trip charge. This fee is paid upfront via the online portal to secure the appointment slot.
Labor & Parts: Total repair costs (Labor + Parts) will be quoted following the physical diagnosis. The $125.00 diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total balance of the repair if the Client proceeds with the service at the time of diagnosis.
Parts Deposit: For repairs requiring specialized components (e.g., Samsung Ice Maker Assemblies) or any part valued over $150, a 50% parts deposit is required before the component is ordered.
Payment Method: Final balances must be paid upon completion of the service. The Client is responsible for any credit card processing fees. Should a charge be reversed, the Client agrees to remit immediate payment via cash or money order.
The initial $125.00 diagnostic fee is strictly non-refundable once the service has been ordered and the time slot has been reserved. This fee covers the dispatch, travel, and expert evaluation time.
Outstanding Balances: If payment is not received as agreed, the Company reserves the right to demand full payment within 15 days of notice.
Legal Action: The Company reserves the right to place a mechanic's lien on the Client's property and/or file a lawsuit in an Oklahoma Court to recover outstanding payments, collection costs, and reasonable legal fees.
Completion Goal: Every effort will be made to complete repairs within seven (7) business days. Most repairs are completed on the same business day or once ordered parts have arrived.
Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Client must prepare the area before the Company’s arrival. Failure to do so may result in a $50.00 rescheduling fee. Requirements include:
Clearing all contents from the relevant refrigerator or freezer sections.
Clearing countertop and floor space around the unit to allow for technician access.
Parts are warrantied for a period of 60 to 90 days, strictly adhering to the specific terms provided by the parts supplier. The Company does not extend or modify supplier warranties.
The Company provides a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on the specific labor performed.
Coverage: This covers the integrity of the physical installation (e.g., ensuring connections are secure).
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover the mechanical or electronic failure of the parts themselves, or unrelated failures of other appliance components.
By placing an online order and submitting the $125.00 payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
